Biography
Rolf and Owsa performs firewalks internationally and also train firewalking instructors. Rolf has been on the staff of FIRE since 1992 and worked with Tolly Burkan in California in the - 90ies.

Rolf and Owsa leads two Firewalking Instructors Trainings a year, one in Portugal and one in Sweden. Rolf and Owsa has certified more than 100 instructors since their first in 1996.

"Every time in front of the coals it seems impossible to walk on them, yet its very easy, even comfortable, once the decision is made. Same in life. Once we decide to accept the fleeting reality of ourselves and live our lives on this basis of truth, it becomes easy and comfortable and struggle dissappears. Life doesnt always smile and every person has his share of sorrow and losses, but every situation has a compatible set of mind and as long as we are willing to exercise our emotional and spiritual muscles, it is possible to flow with the changes"



Today Rolf, when not teaching firewalking, is CEO of a company with some plus 100 employees providing services to the social welfare sector for example with sheltering abandoned and abused children, helping mothers with attachment handicaps to care for their infants and specialized living and education for teenagers with autism.

Owsa breed and educate show-jumping horses and sell them for the international market.

Owsa manages the firewalking and horses in Eight Directions Ltd. Eight Directions is owned by Owsa and Rolf. The company name stands for the ability to navigate through life. In the sweatlodge the eight directions stabilizes the process and the directions contains all possibilities in life. The company is designed to handle several different services.

"I anchor my work in my knowledge about the environment and the humans role as caretakers of the earth. To celebrate life and bring forth the gift of each individual is my main focus while teaching firewalking."
